Technically, if standing right up against the windows, at the front of the house, and looking down the road, you can see the sea.  However, in general terms we have to say there is no sea view from our guest house.  This is because our road comes off the sea front road, and therefore our house is at 90 degrees to the sea front.  However, guests may be assured that none of our rooms looks out at a brick wall, ten feet away.  The lower rooms at the rear of our house looks out over our own garden.  While the upper rooms look out over the roof tops of the neighbouring houses.  The rooms at the front of the house look out over Charlotte Street and the Regency houses opposite.
